Product Description

Innovative Forging Process
The ingot is enclosed by four forging dies which laid with X-shape in a "forging box", the four dies move synchronously for deforming the ingot at four directions. The required forging accuracy is achieved through precise, high dynamic control of servo hydraulic cylinders. Each hammerhead is activated by the combination of eccentric rod and gears which are driven by the motors. Whether round, square, or rectangular cross sections can be easily shaped.
 
Forging Efficiency
Two manipulators with hydraulically powered tongs individually locate on two sides of the forging enclosure, and the center line of their tongs aligned with the center line of forging enclosure. Four hammerheads rapidly, synchronously move forwards and backwards within a regulated extremely precise stroke.
 
Forging Quality
Thanks to its radial forging process, the bar is only axially deformed, lateral spread is avoided. Therefore the excellent metallurgical quality with perfect compaction to the core and fine grain through the entire cross-section is easily obtained.
 
Forging Database, Electronic Control
Pass schedules and circles related to metal materials, cross sections, forging sequences and reduction rates are pre-calculated by the use of our forging database which is gathered from our experience in numerous materials forging processes. All parameters can be easily input via a friendly operation interface for automation in the complete forging process.

Our History

The predecessor of the company - LS Factory was founded in 1953, we initially produced castings, forgings and petrochemical equipments in 1965, and started the design and development of two columns open-die forging presses in 1982. Since LS Group's foundation, we have become nationally recognized for our diverse range of specialty forging equipment and machinery.
