Product Description
1. The gears match various manual light vehicle transmission.
2. Adopt optimal design and shot treatment to decrease noise of gearing mesh and increase carrying capacity.
3. The normal model is between 1.5~3.5.
4. Main process: Forging, re-heat treatment, turning, hobbing, shaving
5. Heat treatment: Normalizing, carbunitriding or carburizing temper.
6. Shot peen on gear surface and roots to increase carrying capacity.
