All of our products are widely used in many areas as follows: wind power, hydropower, thermal power, metallurgy, mining, petrochemical, ship building, energy, transportation, pressure vessel etc.
Our production line comprise smelting, forging, rough machining, heat treatment and final machining. The manufacture process is as follows: smelting→Ingot →heating → forging → Heat treatment → Inspection → rough machining → UT → 2nd Heat treatment (Quenching and tempering) →mechanical properties tests → finishing machining → Inspection(DT, UT, MT or PT.) → Reports, package and delivery
The major forging facilities including hydraulic pressure machines(2000T, 4000T and 6000T), electro-hydraulic hammer(3T, 5T)and air hammer(560kg, 750kg,1T)
