1) Mould design: The software we are using for designing are Autocad UG, PROe and Solidworks. We design the product according to the sample or concept given by you.
2) Steel material: 45#, 50#, P20, H13, 718, 2738, NAK80, S136, SKD61 etc. Or to be determined by cutomer
Product material: Aluminum, Zinc Alloy, Aluminum Alloy, Magnalium Alloy, Copper Alloy or to be determined by cutomer
3) Mould type: Except die casting mould, we also make plastic mould, hot runner mould, double injection mould, insert mould, rubber mould, over mould, stamping mould, blowing mould, die casting and progressive mould.
4) Mould processing: Using advanced equipment (Made in German, Switsland and Taiwan) for the moulds, including CNC, EDM, several line cutting machines, multi-function milling machines etc
