Casting Process: Pressure Die casting
Casting finish: Shot blasting or Sand blasting. we can also provide Powder coating treatment
Machining: CNC lathe turning and drilling, threading.
Lead time for Die tooling and sample: 45-55days
Payment terms: For the die casting tooling, 50% pay in advance, balance pay after sample approval. For the products, 30% by order, 70% by B/L copy. Or negotiable
Application: For Starter housing, or other components housing.
PS: most of the aluminum die casting tools have high price. If the quanttiy less than 200pcs, we suggest to use Sand casting process. Especially for big size housings, the sand casting for prototype can save many costs.
