Blind Flange
This flange is used to blank off pipelines, valves and pumps, it can also be used as an inspection cover. It is sometimes referred to as a blanking flange.
Standards: ASME B16.47, ANSI B16.5, DIN, UNI, BS, JIS, GB.
Pressure classes range: From 150lbs to 2, 500lbs.
Sizes range: 1/2" - 24".
Materials: F316, F304, F316L, F304L, A105, F5, F11, F22, 15CrMo, 12CrMoV, Q235, 16Mn, 20#.
Printing: Carbon steel and alloy steel with yellow print, black print, oil or zinc.
Packing: Plywooden case.

Checked the products used spectrometer, metallurgical microscope, universal tester, brinell hardness tester, impact tester, ultrasonic tester, magnetic particle tester
7, Stamping
Semi-auto mechanic stamping
8, surface treatment
According to the different standard or customer's requirements using Anti-rust oil; Black or yellow paint; Lacquer; Electrical galvanize; Hot dipping or shot blassing treatment.
9, Packing
For different market and customer's requirements, packed in E. U type pallets, glued wooden cases, steel cases etc.
10, QUALITY DOCUMENTATION
