Casting flow is automatic and numerically-controlled. Automatic material feeding for melting, rapid analysis of chemical composition before pouring, holding temperature ready to pour molten iron, pouring process is numerically and automatically controlled, automatically transport rough castings. Stably produce vanadium-titanium cast iron, high-phosphorus cast iron, boron cast iron, boron-copper cast iron, chrome molybdenum copper cast iron, chrome molybdenum nickel-copper cast iron, vanadium-boron cast iron, high-molybdenum high-nickel high-intensity high-hardness alloy hard-wearing cast iron, nodular cast iron, vermicular cast iron and other various hard-wearing alloy cast irons.
For machining process, we mainly adopt German Gehring, Nagel numerically-controlled honing machine and Taylor, Hommelinspection instruments, and establish standard production lines featured by short flow and excellent craftsmanship.
As for heat treatment, we introduce American Inductoheat high frequency hardening equipment, endowed with various heat treatment and surface treatment capacities such as isothermal hardening, inside bore high frequency hardening, medium frequency hardening, nitriding, tufftriding, ionic nitriding, phosphating, surface oxidization, etc. Isothermal hardening bainite technique has been evaluated as high and new technology by our country. All these effectively promote the products' wear resistance and cavitation erosion resistance.
