1. Anti resistant steel ball: Dia. 20mm-dia. 150mm forged steel ball and high, medium, low chrome cast ball in dia. 17mm-dia. 120mm. Huafu steel ball is good in accurate dimension, roundness geometry shape high hardness and good mechanical properties with good characteristic of anti resistant, no deformation, no break. Huafu steel ball is uniform surface hardness, hardness distribution uniform for the advance quenching device in the producing process.
Huafu steel ball have the below characteristic: A: High hardness( surface hardness is50-65 HRC, volume hardness is 48-58 HRC with uniform hardness distribution); B: High impact toughness( above 12J/cm2); C: Low break rate( anti break is ten times compared to the normal cast and forged steel balls, factual break rate is lower than 1% when falling times is above 20, 000 from the 10 m high dropping machine) D: No deformation: Steel ball no deformation out of the round for using. Huafu steel ball is made from the perfect carbon steel and alloy steel.
2. Steel cylpeb: We absorb the advance technology, add the Cr, Mn, Si, Mg, Al, Cu and others to make the alloy cements. The products produce in the intermediate frequency furnace and fall to the high, medium, low chrome category.
