Continuous Copper Extrusion Machine
Copper continuous extrusion is a new technical for copper processing, the feedstock is oxidize-free copper rod. It uses rod material, grain material and powder material as ingot to extrude various pipe material, section material, belt material, bar material through different dies.

Driven by the rotating extrusion wheel, feedstock pass through the die in the chamber thus extruded varies shape copper output. The processing is continuous.
Feedstock can be pure copper and copper alloy.
Neither heating nor annealing process, less energy cost.

Content of process line
Continuous extrusion process line is mainly composed of main engine, its accessory system (hydraulic system, lubricating system, cooling system), feeding reel, straightener, tenslator, wire-rewinding machine and feeding system.
