1. Die Casting Machines, including Hot Chamber Die Casting Machine (H. C D. C M) and Cold Chamber Die Casting Machine (C. C D. C M) in 25T~1000T.
2. Fine Processing Machines, such as CNC lathes, punch machine, drill press, edge trimmer, engine lathe, tap machine and Instrumentation Lathe, ect.
3. Surface Finishing Equipments: Shot-Blasting machine, Vibration machines, Polish workshop, and an automatic painting line.
4. Surface treatment: Zinc plated, nickel plated Sandblasting, Tumbling, Powder coating, painting, Chromating(chemical film) and Polishing, ect
5. Tooling ability: Average tooling lead time is 35-45days.
6. We can produce according to customer's drawing in PRO/E, solidworks, MasterCam and AUTOCAD.
