Forged square steel caovering carbon steel and alloy steel such as S45C, S35C, SCM440SCR420, 34CrNiMo6, and so on with dia. 120-500mm, UT test qualified.

There are 800-2500 tons quick forging equipments producing high quality products of carbon steel and alloy steel covering Japanese standard, Chinese standard, Germany standard, American standard and so on, S45C S55C SCM440 SCM415 CK45 AISI 4140 for instance with the diameter range from 150mm to 800mm of round bar, 120-500mm of flat and square steel and length up to 15m.
The inner quality can meet the ultrasonic test standard such as SEP1921-84 C/c D/d, JIS G 0587 CLASS 2 and Chinese standards.
The surface can be black, heat-treated, rough mahined, bright and anti-rust according to customers' requirements.
