We take many steps to accompolish this, beginning with our strict application of the TS16949 quality system.We purchase steel raw material from well-known mills, and they must pass inspections of surface tension prior to their use. Next, we use a CNC lathe for machining process, and imported centerless grinder. Third, our electroplating workshop uses micro-crack hard chrome plating technology.
Our testing equipment includes projector, micro hardednes testing machine, universial tensile machine, metallographic analyzer, thickness tester, salt spray testing machine. All of them keep our motor shaft good quality and deliver in time.

6.End production-mass production products photos for approval. You can also arrange the third party Inspection .
7.Clients make payment for balance and Yongyi ship the goods .Also can accept payment term-Balance against B/L Copy Or L/C payment Term. Inform the tracking number and check the status for clients.
