1. Can I negotiate the prices?
Yes, we may grant discount for FCL of mixed products or bulk orders of individual products. Sometimes, we may launch some promotion, more discount would be granted.
2. What is the minimum order quantity?
The MOQ has been indicated on the product page, we can accept small orders, prices will be higher.
3. How long do you need for production and delivery?
Normally, for regular designs and models, we need 25-35 working days to produce after receive your deposit and all order details are confirmed. Different order quantity, different delivery time, please confirm with us when you are ready to place an order.
Transportation by sea or by air, Customs clearance and inland transportation will need, another 25-35days. So please place orders in advance to make sure you have products to sell on busy season.
4. Payment terms:
Standard term is 30% deposit by T/T in advance, pay the balance before shipment. Long-term business partners can get better terms like LC, N.E.T
