JH21 series model D power press (with travel adjustable)
Dry pneumatic friction clutch, shearing block protector
JH21 series model D press with open fixed table and adjustable travel, with the body being made of welded plate, is marked with high rigidly and stable precision
The vertically placed crankshaft ensures a compact structure and gives a hand-some outlook
The crankshaft is fitted with a travel regulating device,
Adjustment of this device allows the change of the sliding block travel to meeting the specific requirement, sensitive action and low noise level
The gear pairs are in oil-immersed lubrication
For the sliding block, the square-shape extended hexagonal guide rail is adopted
The guiding surface is made of copper plate and the guiding is marked with high precision
In the sliding block is fitted with an imported hydraulic overload protection device (consisting of an imported pneumatic pump and imported high-pressure oil seal) so that the sliding block will restore to its original position in time of overload
The device is marked with highly sensitive movement
For series above JH21-63D, the electrical thick oil lubrication system is adopted, and for the air passage is adopted the duplex safety valve
The imported PLC is adopted for centralized electrical control, which is marked with high level of safety performance
Optional devices like the air cushion devices, automatic feeding device, photoelectric protection device can be adopted, and various automatic equipment may also be fitted to the machine
The press complies with the relevant safety standard
