Jiangyin Hengye Forging Co., Ltd. Was established in 2000, with an area more than 80, 000m2 (include building over 40, 000m2) and fixed assets more than 100 million Chinese Yuan. Presently, there are 52 of engineers and professional technicians and 25 quality inspectors. Total management personnel and skillful operators are over 230 people. Hengye has 1 set of 6, 000T oil press, 1 set of 8T electro-hydraulic hammer, 2 sets of 1T and 1 set of 750kg air hammer, and equipped with 6 sets of electrical heat treatment furnaces, and also equipped with over 100 sets of special machines, such as 10m heavy single-column CNC vertical lathe, 5m/4m/2.5m dual-column vertical NC lathe, 2000× 6000mm, 1000× 8000mm and 1250× 3500mm horizontal lathes, T160 NC boring-milling machine, 3080× 25mm radial drilling machine, cleaning machine and steel-stamp machine, etc. Hengye can provide forgings in blank, semi-finished and finished delivery conditions with the single weight up to 53 tons, such as tube sheets, rings, cylinder and shafts, etc. About 50% of the total products has been exported. Company has state-of-the-art manufacturing processes, testing methods and experiences in manufacturing stainless steel, duplex stainless steel, super stainless steel, nickel-base alloy, high alloy steel, and low temperature steel. Hengye is very known with the ASTM Standards and related processing of materials.

In order to satisfy the reliability and stability of the product, the Company purchased the advanced testing equipment, e. g. ARL 3460/OES spectrometer, portable spectrometer, BLUK handheld alloy analyzer, WDW-200D universal testing machine, JB30D impact tester, FISHER MP30 direct-reading ferrite detector, Olympus GX51 optical microscope, Danish STRUERS metallographic microscope, PXVT-27, CTS2020, CTS4020 ultrasonic flaw detector and various kinds of hardness tester. The requirements of ISO9001: 2008 and API Specification Q1 quality assurance system have been strictly followed during the product manufacturing process, such as raw material purchasing, production, heat treatment, inspection and testing.

In order to provide high quality products to satisfy the customers, Hengye Company has successfully obtained the Manufacturing License of Special Equipment of People's Republic of China (Pressure Pipeline), National safety Registration Certificate of Steel Forging Products for Boiler Pressure Vessel, EC Certification-Pressure Equipment Directive PED 97/23/EC Certification provided by German TUV Rhineland Group and AD 2000-Merkblatt WO Certification of manufacturer material process made according to German pressure vessel and boiler regulations. In 2010, Hengye have been certified by ship class societies, e. g. ABS, BV, GL and so on. By constant endeavor for years, Hengye has become a professional manufacturer of forging products. The products have been widely used in petroleum, chemicals, boilers and pressure vessels, power station equipment, shipbuilding and general machinery construction.
