The working principle and characteristics:
The laser model repair welding machine welds specialized wire to the damaged part by high heat energy, produced instantaneous, and weld firmly with original substrate. By welding, sparking and grinding, the processed surface can turn into smooth.
Application:
Suitable for repairing cracks, chipping, mold edge, damage sealing side of precision molds. The applicable materials include stainless, tool steel, copper, aluminum, and other metal products, and can replace conventional argon welding machine. The heated area from welding is small, and the welded workpieces neither change color nor get distorted. Besides, large pores or air pockets will not happen, and the hardness can reach a Rockwell hardness of 50 to 60.
