Our factory is specializes in manufacturing precision casting, possesses strong technical strength, complete testing device, superb inspection technique and one-stop production and processing system for product designation, model manufacture, foundry, mechanism processing and heat treatment. We can cast various metal material parts and finished parts according to customers requirement with design through put of 6000T annually.
Main business: Carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel and so on, by investment casting, including machining.
Annual productivity: 5000tons (two foundry together, the old one was set up in 1995, and the new on was set up in 2014. )
Products purpose: Forklift, train, car manufacturing, mining, engineering machinery, vessel and so on.
Export to Germany, American, Holland, France, Italy and so on, and the export rate more than 90%.
Inspection equipment: Spectrometer, tensile test machine, impact testing machine, hardness tester, magnetic particle flaw detector, metallographic analysis instrument, CMM and so on.
