Qingdao Root Industrial and Trading Co., Ltd established in 2008, is a plastic and metal products supplier, specializing in injection mold, pressure casting mold, stamp mold and relative products design and manufacture.
Our main products service for automotive, electrical appliance, telecom equipment, medical devices, we have long business cooperation with Das Auto, Great wall, Haier, Hisense. Electrolux at home and abroad.
Qingdao Root has engaged approximate 20 professional employees dedicated in mold design. Our design team engages in CAD, CAE and CAM design and formulation using computer software programs. We use CAD programs to generate 2D blueprints and 3D images, use CAE simulation to identify the optimal fabrication pattern, and then generate CAM computer simulation.
We invest in manufacturing equipment from Japanese and European manufacturers, such as Sodick and Makino.
With the advanced equipment and ten years' experience in the industry, Qingdao Root is now offering our manufacturing services to a large and diverse customer base from various industries.
Qingdao Root utilizes the plastic injection molding process to manufacture plastic components of products such as automotive, home appliance, smart phones, portable video game devices, teleconference phone terminals, portable computer memory devices and pachinko machines.
In accordance with our customer's needs, subsequent to design and fabrication of plastic injection molds and mechanical design and manufacturing of plastic components, Qingdao Root provides secondary processes such as spray-painting, printing, hot stamping, ultrasonic welding and assembly of plastic components.
