This Vacuum Forming Line is used to produce Refrigerator's Inner-Layer and Refrigerator Door Shell, which shape is designed according to the requirements of clients.

The plate (usually PS or ABS) is shaped by first heating, final heating, forming, edge shaping and other process, which will be used in the following assembly. The products from this equipment have regular thickness and fewer wasters.

The vacuum-forming line techniques introduced from Japan is composed of four parts, such as loading part, sheets transport, first heating, final heating and forming. The sheet is carried by the mechanic arm between stations one by one. It resolves the question or wearing as using the chain to carry sheet in other old systems. In the forming station we use the servo motor instead of the hydraulic system. It completely resolves the question of leakage and seeping.
