OEM capacity
We offer both green sand casting and resin sand casing in both ferrous and non-ferrous materials, the most common green sand casting would be made from either grey iron or ductile iron.
Molding methods range from floor hand molding, jolt squeezer lines and automatic molding lines, with this variety of molding methods we are able to accommodate theweight, size and quantity the customer's requirement.

Our main production equipment including intermediate frequency electric furnace 2, molding machine 4 sets, shoot core machine 10 sets, repeatedly belt type 4 deoxidization machines, molding sand box number more than 100 tons, drilling, tapping machines, the monthly output can reach more than 800 tons.
