Introduction Of Wuxi Qiaolian Heavy Industry Design Institute

The status of our institute
The registered capital of our institute is $30000000(the first registered capital is $5000000). At present our institute has rolling dept. \forge and press dept. \metallurgy dept., and the rolling dept. Including the research room of plate facility\figured iron facility\bar and wire facility and surface-treated facility(pickling and alkali cleaning). Besides, our institute have a combat-worthy team which combined with the old, the middle-aged and the young.

In our institute, most of technical cadremen are from China NO. 1 Heavy Industry Design Institute, and many designers are graduated from Yanshan University and own strong technical ability. Guo Wan You, the chief designer of our institute, is a senior engineer of full professor level, also he was chief designer when he work in China NO. 1 Heavy Industry Design Institute. Meanwhile, there're many experts in our institute, so we can design\develop\install and debug the projects for metallurgy\forging and rolling equipments.

1)Large rolling equipment
Such as hot rolled wide plate mill below 4500mm\steckel mill\large veneer reeling mill\flat plate mill\ titanium plate mill\figured iron mill\track beam mill\round steel mill\deformed steel mill and so on.

Large black or non-ferrous metal cold rolling mill, such as width 1000~2300 large tandem cold strip mill\semi-tandem mill\reversing mill, 4-roller\6-roller\12-roller rolling mill, rollability normal carbon steel\stainless steel\silicon steel\titanium\molybdenum\copper\and other special alloy.

2) Large forge and press equipment
Such as large oil press above 1000t, large water press above 5000t, free forging press, closure press, drop-forge press, rapid forging machine and so on.

3)Other large nonstandard metallurgy equipments
Such as large cold or hot flattener\flat ban unit\slitting unit\recoiling unit\large pipe welding unit\auxiliary blast-furnace equipment and other large or heavy nonstandard metallurgy equipments

4)pickling and alkali cleaning unit
Such as the pickling and alkali cleaning unit of flat plate and reel plate for black or non-ferrous metal, along with the recovery and recycle unit of waster for pickling and alkali cleaning unit.

5)Stainless steel bright bar(silver steel) barker
Stainless steel round billet high-speed barker(Φ 8~Φ 220), stainless steel bright bar(silver steel) fabrication unit, multi-roll rough straightening machine\two-roller finishing straighten rumbling machine\Cut-to-length machine\end mill device\automated crew-cut converse angle and converse arise unit\large-scale grinding wheel saw and so on, which can be used to process quality bright bars.

Recently, our institute has made great progress in designing and developing sliver steel bar barker facility. Based on 25-80mm sliver steel bar unit developed with German Newman Co., Ltd in 2005, we have recently brought in the whole suit of technology of American HETYRANT Co., Ltd, and have also developed 80-160 and 160-350mm hollow barker unit (the same model with Shanghai Bao Steel) with world-leading technology.
