Product Description

VSD2000 continuous casting ladle slag detection system is the main choice of the iron and steel company to detect ladle slag based on vibration so far in China, which identify slag carry-over time point according to the vibration signal of shroud operation arm. The system possesses the tundish liquid level auto-control subsystem to realize the auto-control for ladle pouring progress.

  The system possesses acousto-optic alarm function. Operator can choose automatic mode or manual mode to close the slide gate when slag detected.
  The system possess the data saving and data playback functions, and the historical data can be saved over one year automatically.
