Baoding Great Wall Exquisite Foundry Company Limited is located in Great Wall Auto Parts West Zone of Shunping Countyof Baoding in Hebei Province, and in the triangle district of Beijing, Tianjin and Shijiazhuang, and adjacent to Jingkun and Baofu expressway. Natural scenery of this area is beautiful and the transportation is convenient.
Our company have considerable funds and the registered capital is RMB 50 million, and the investment is RMB 39.2 million. It covers an area of 270, 000 m2, which include pattern workshop, foundry workshop and machining workshop.
With complete foundry equipment, our company adopts resin sand and Expendable Pattern Casting technology for founding stamping die. And the annual design capacity is 40, 000 tons. Smelting section is provided with world class medium-frequency induction furnace and automatic batching system; Foreign advanced technology is adopted for coating and drying machine which is designed by our company, and the surface quality of the casting is guaranteed. Regeneration system with leading technology home and abroad is adopted for furan resin sand, and the property is stable, we have several 20t/h continuously resin ration sand mixers to make sure the property of resin sand is stable; Suspended rotary abrator and large oil-burning annealing furnace are adopted to treat the castings and improve the mechanical property of the castings when reprocessing. We have advanced and complete inspecting equipment, and chemical analysis is applied for strictly controlling the composition of materials which will be put into storage, and Japanese Sablunce thermal analyzer, Germany OBLF spectrum analyzer and carbon sulfur analyzer are applied for inspection before smelting; Resin sand strength tester is adopted for sand screening, and tester of loss on ignition is used for determining sand property; Advanced inspecting equipment such as Olympus inverted metallurgical microscope, computer controlled electro-hydraulic servo universal tester and hardness tester are adopted to ensure the property of the castings.
