IGBT Medium Frequency Induction Heating Machine
Medium frequency induction heating machine is suitable for
1. Heating middle and big diameter bars
2. Hardneing pieces require deeper hardening layer. Hardening gears, shafts, gear shafts
Composition of equipment
1. A generator
2. A transformer (for hardening ) or an induction furnace (for forging big diameter bars)
1. Product start-up performance is very good. It is the use of series resonant circuit, the SCR IF solve difficult problems start.
