Airsea owns two factories, they are Ningbo Airsea Industry Co., Ltd and Shanghai Airsea Automobile Parts Co., Ltd, there are more than 120 employees in two factories now, Ningbo Airsea Industry Co., Ltd is located in Luotuo town, Zhenhai distribution, Ningbo city. The factory was founded in 2002, mainly manufacture parts covers automobile and motorcycle, constructions hardware, metal industries of all kinds of precision products. Shanghai Airsea Automobile parts Co., Ltd is our new factory in Shanghai Fengxian European industry zone, the factory was established in 2013, focuses on the development and produce parts of automobile inner upholstery.

Ningbo Airsea Industry Co., Ltd was equipped with aluminum die casting machine, Zinc die casting machine, plastics molding machine, CNC miller, CNC lathe, grinding machine, mould making equipment and so on, and there are projector, torque tester, tensile strength tester and other inspection equipment as well.

Besides there are long cooperative relationship brother factories work with Airsea to complete heat treatment, Gravity casting, forging, dewaxing, extrusion, stamping, plating & galvanization, PVD.

Airsea Industry fully implement ISO9001: 2000 quality management system, Shanghai factory is going to apply and pass TS 16949 quality management system by 2016.
