Features:

5. Independent stands, u-joint transmission, 2 or 3 wave model change by manually changing the rolls and spacers of the guard rail roll forming machine.

A. Changing rollers of the guard rail roll forming machine for 2 wave guardrails to add another: 1 set rollers, 13 stations, sets of punching units, and shearing blades.
B. Changing rollers for Sigma shape to add another: 1sets of rollers, 15 stations, sets of punching units, and shearing blades. A new quotation for a roll forming line that can produce the three types of my inquiries(2 wave, 3 wave, and Sigma shape ) with cassette system. (Independent stands, u-joint transmission)
C. Changing the roller groups of the guard rail roll forming machine by cassette system for 2 wave guardrails and Sigma shape to add another: 3 stations for 2 wave guardrails, 15 stations for Sigma shape, shearing blades for 2 wave guardrails, shearing blades for Sigma shape, punching units for 2 wave guardrails, punching unit for Sigma shape.
Application: The products of the guard rail roll forming machine are used as guardrails for the both sides of the highway.
Configurations: The guard rail roll forming machine consists of a passive or hydraulic single or double head uncoiler, roll forming machine unit, hydraulic automatic cutting unit, PLC automatic control cabinet and product run out table or auto-stacher.
