Description:
The CSWJ-80 Automatic Spring Assembly Machine is mainly used for automatic assemble the loose springs into by one piece of complete mattress innerspring units. It is simple operation and high flexibility and good quality. It is manufactured with advanced technology and it is designed for inter-connection of springs and is the ideal equipment for production of mattress spring bed net and sofa cushion etc.
It only needs one worker to operate and the number of platoon of boned mattress can be controlled through setting the program of computer.
Characteristic:
1. Small floor area, can be operated by only one person, which saves costs;
2. The inter-connected springs can be cut off automatically, and both ends of inter-connected springs can be rolled up and flattened automatically;
3. The bed net size, steel wire diameter, coil spring diameter and coil spring height can be changed within a certain range;
4. The bed net moves forward automatically, and the machine stops automatically once the movement of inter-connected springs is obstructed;
5. The upper and lower spring inter-connection can be finished at the same time;
6. Clamps of different specifications can be provided according to customers' processing requirements.
