The CSHJ-70 Automatic Spring Coiling Machine is mainly used for produce Bonnell Springs applicable to mattress, furniture and car cushion industries etc. This machine consists of automatic coiling, automatic knotting and automatic heat-treatment and the whole line out-put in a single production cycle. All systems are mechanical and work simultaneously.
It uses one-body design of machine and electricity, stable ability, convenience adjustment and safety operation. This machine with soundproof protection cabin to reduce the noise and the dust pollution. It's with PLC and touch screen to make the speed control system and heating treatment adjustment and automatic lubrication system more conveniently for workers. It can be used well with CSWJ-80 Automatic Spring Assembly Machine for mattress manufacturers.
The production is automatic and needs only one operator. It is high in capacity and low in labor consumption.
