Product Description
The Steel Foundry is responsible for making carbon and alloy steel castings for diesel engines, trucks, tractors, and steel ingots with oxygen - - top-blown converter. The annual output of the steel castings is 30, OOOT and that of steel ingots is 50, OOOT. It is equipped with 5 are furnaces (5T each), 3 mechanized moulding lines, core-making machinery, shot-blasting equipments, heat treatment furnaces 9 sand preparation system and other means. To guarantee the casting quality, the foundry has established an advanced laborary installed with a CS-444 infrared ClS, analyzer, quantometer, microscope, ultrasonic detecting machinery and so on.
