Product Description
The Nodular Iron Foundry performs all the operations on its mechanized flow lines. It uses duplex process in the cupola and industrial frequency induction furnaces, , spheroidizes melted iron in the convertor or by pouring it onto the nodulizer, makes cores with shooters or shell machinery and moulds on the FR516 DISA line being 240 flasks (With Dimension: 600x 480x 120-330mm) per hour or on the impact moulding line being 120 flasks (Internal Flask Dimension: 900x 700x 300/ 300mm) per hour which represents the world technical level of the late 80's. The output of ductile iron, greyiron castings is 12, OOOT per year. In addition, there is also an aluminium casting workshop in which aluminium alloy casting rangings from 0.043 to 86 Kg are made through die casting, low pressure die casting, permanent mould casting and sand mould casting. It is able to produce 400T of aluminium alloy castings per year.
