Product Description
HDLW12TNC- ACR-Down 4 roller hydraulic cone rolling machine is combined international advanced technology with our unique specialties. It is designed for making conical tube, with high efficiency, low power consumption, and easy to operate.
The upper roller and the lower roller are driven by the motor through reducer. The lower roller can move horizontally and vertically to clamp the material. The two side rollers are driven by the oil cylinder to perform arc movement.
This machine is very integrated which enables easy maintenance. Numerical device shows the vertical movement of the lower roller and the arc movement of the side rollers, which makes the machine more accurate and more easy for operation. The side oil cylinder controls the overturn and reset of the upper roller overturn frame, and also the balance of the upper roller, which makes it more convenient to take out the finished product.
The material of rollers is 42CrMo, HB260-300, comply with GB/T6402-1991 roll steel standards
