Product Description
1. Pneumatic design: single-stage centrifugal blower impeller, double support;
1.1. The rotor:
Three body welding blade, wheel and wheel cover are all use high strength alloy steel make, at the same time, adopts the heat treatment process after welding, that can ensure the impeller grain size of the whole organization, and eliminate the stress after welding, so improve the safety and reliability of the impeller. After 15% above the working speed of impeller speed test, rotor precision dynamic balancing correction, ensure smooth operation.
1.2. The chassis using resin sand casting, it have a bright and clean appearance and internal organization.
1.3. Bearing:
the thrust bearing is tilting bearing , radial bearing is circular sliding bearing
1.4. With oil station and high oil tank.
1.5. Coupling: Elastic coupling.
1.6. In order to effectively remove dust accumulation on the impeller, this blower designed the water washing system, under the condition of the low speed to wash, once every 10 to 15 days.
