4,:Machine features Machine baseboard adopts whole casting number HT-150, weight 13T. This makes the rolling machine has the advantages of good shock absorption, change preventing, high strength and low noise.
The main speed reducing box adopts HT-200 casting box, weight 12.5T. It goes through heat treatment ,40cr,. All the shafts in the main speed reducing box are 40cr alloy steel, and go through thermal refining.
Inlet shaft of main motor of the main speed reducing box are two pieces 20CrMoTi grinding gear, they are of good impact resistance and strength. Other gears are QT50-7 ductile iron gears. They are of good abrasive resistance and strength.
Long and short shafts in stands adopts 40Cr alloy steel and go through thermal refining.
Roller adopts Cr12 bearing steel, it is of good red hardness. 40Cr,,,. Bevel gear in the stands adopts 40Cr alloy steel. It goes through nitrogen treatment, it has high surface hardness and good ductility. ,,,. All the bearings adopt Haerbing, Wafangdian and Luoyang domestic famous brands. It can also adopt imported bearings according to customer's requirement. . Motors adopt domestic famous brand.
Electrical control DC device adopts Simens series. Operating platform man-machine surface,the air switches below 32A adopt Siemens product. Above 32A adopt domestic famous brand.
Connecting shaft between main speed reducing box and stand adopts 45# forged steel, and is processed by precise digital control, makes sure the conical match between the couplings. And, it makes sure the life span of the main shaft and couplings, reduce the fault of the machine. . It adopts non-steel movable cover for the stand part of the main machine. The outlook is beautiful. It can reduce the noise of the machine, and is good for the recover of the emulsion. It is also good for maintaining the clean of the working site.
