1.The line is designed to produce φ8mm low oxygen bright copper rod by means of continuous casting and rolling, the raw material is copper cathode or copper scrap. The line is composed of one set of 60t reverberatory furnace, five-wheel type continuous casting machine, pulling machine, automatic shearer, straightening & edge shaving machine, cast bar brushing machine, continuous rolling machine, bright orbital coiler, electric control system and so on.(The furnace, casting machine, outer water supply systems of all cooling machines and air compressor should be supplied by the consumers.) 2.Copper scraps of Grade One or Grade Two(feeding materials) →stationary reverberatory furnace(melting and refining) → Launder(protecting the melted body) → casting ladle →continuous casting machine(casting bars) → cast bar treatment unit(shearing → straightening → shaving edges → removing scraps ) → Rolling mill entrance(sending materials automatically)→ continuous rolling mill(rolling rods)→ Copper rod cooling unit(rod surface recovery)→ Continuous annular swinging rod unit(preformed)→orbital coiler (copper rod in coil) 3.
