Product Description
Segment bearings are applied in the continuous caster, it can be named caster bearings, and it is called CARB bearings on the aboard, it is a new type of radial roller bearings, its unique design combines the spherical roller bearings and self-aligning capability axial cylindrical roller bearings displacement characteristics, it has a compact section of needle bearings on metallurgy continuous casting machine, paper machine and other machinery are widely used.

The Kunlun brand segment bearings(also caster bearing, CARB bearing) has no cage as for due to it is full complement roller, we made the speical heat treatment during the manufacturing, so the segment bearings can be driven in the higher temperature for long time and the shape dimension will not be changed. When the caster bearing is mounted on the shaft or bearing housing, the two bearing rings and full row rollerw must be centred accurately to each other, when installing the bearing, if the shaft and housing is located in the horizontal position it will be much better. If you must install the bearing on the vertical axis or vertical bearing housing, you should use the tool which can keep the alignment.
