Ball Mill Machine introduction: Ball Mill Machine is the most commonly used grinding equipment, it is widely used in cement,silicate products, new building materials, refractory, fertilizer, non-ferrous metal, glass ceramic and other industries. It mainly grinds various ores and other grind-able materials,the type of the grinding include dry grinding and wet grinding. Ball mill is mainly composed by the components of cylinder, driving big gear ring,end cap,bearing and so on.
Working Principle of Ball Mill Machine According to the discharging type, Ball Mill Machine could be divided into three types, overflow type Ball Mill Machine open-type Ball Mill Machine and peripheral type Ball Mill Machine. Overflow type ball mill is the most common one. As the first class open grinding equipment, Ball Mill Machine is widely used for first class grinding equipment of concentrator, artificial sand stone and electricity sector of chemical plants. The Ball Mill Machine rotation is based on deceleration motor and large gear deceleration rotation or large gear deceleration rotation which is driven by low speed synchronous motor, and then drives Ball Mill Machine cylinder rotating. Steel bar, the grinding media is installed in cylinder; media is promoted to a certain height because of the joint action of friction and centrifugal force, and is dropping or falling off. The grinding materials are continuously feeding into the cylinder through inlet of Ball Mill Machine, crushed by steel bar and discharge the finished products out of Ball Mill Machine by overflow and continuous feeding strength then go to the next process.
Structural characteristics of Ball Mill Machine: Ball Mill Machine is composed by feeding part, discharging part, turning part and driving part(reducer, small driving gear, electric motor and electric control).The quill shaft adopts cast steel part and the liner is detachable. The turning gearwheel adopts casting hobbling process and the drum is equipped with wear-resistant liner, which has good wear-resistance. The machine is with stable and reliable working condition.
