Suspended magnet iron separator for conveyor belt is composed of high-performance permanent magnetic core, iron discharging belt, reducer motor, frame, roll, etc, which can be combined with conveyers to remove 0.1~35kg iron from non-magnetic materials automatically.

Suspended magnet iron separator for conveyor belt can protect downstream important and in most cases very expensive equipments from being potentially damaged by tramp metal.
----Working principle:
When the material mixed in ferromagnetic impurities pass through the suspension magnetic iron separator,the ferromagnetic impurities will be absorbed and collected on the self cleaning magnetic separator belt,with the movement of the self cleaning belt,the ferromagnetic impurities will be out of the magnetic field,then release beyond the product flow automatically.
