The machined material end becomes wider and thinner with the thickness not more than 2mm. 2. Made with cycloidal pinwheel reduction box the machine has large torque. The imported material clamp apparatus has the following advantages: being adjustable, flat and straight guide, and the finished fishtail veining being straight. 4. On the back holdup plate of the machine, there is a rolling size localization device. We can according to the product requirement select the rolling length localization size and achieve the optimum result. 5. Wen we process 10mm or more material, we can use the coarse rolling mechanism of the machine and then get the beautiful moulding fishtail pattern. 6. The machine has large processing range and high production efficiency, and can roll 300 pieces of 8× 40mm flat iron parts per hour.
