LW400 Direct Square Forming Tube Mill Line
The square/rectangular pipes production line adopts the combined roller and panel construction. One ser of roller can cover the main specifications of the pipes. The sharing rate of the roller is up to 80%. The rollers adopt the panel construction, partial contact with the strip in the deformation region, to reduce the contact area, the friction and power consumption of forming roller. At the same time the technology can save about 4% steel strip. According to user needs, the machine can be designed for the production of section steel, square, rectangular and circular tube of multi-functional combination equipment, realizing multipurpose.
