Product Description

JG21 Series Features:
1. The presses are all steel-welded structure.
2. Adopt dry imported pneumatic friction clutch-brake, the material of friction steel is semi-steel, which is controlled by imported safe double valve, moving sensitive, safe and reliable.
3. Except JG21-63, 80, 100, 110, 160, 200, 250, 400 adopt overload protecting device which is formed of a shear plate, A, B series adopt imported hydraulic overload protecting device.
4. B series adopt infinitely variable timing of electromagnetism regulating speed motor, strokes per minute can be adjusted.
5. Electric-powered die height adjusting system, digital show.
6. In the slide there is six sides regutangular guiding rails, high guiding precision.
7. The presses are controlled by imported PLC.
8. Air cushion and photoelectric protection can be chosen, if needed.
