Product Description
CNC hydraulic die forging hammer is mainly used in precision forging and multiple cavity forging of all kinds of accessories. It's widely applied in automobile forgings, motorcycle forgings, hardware forgings, hand tools blank forgings, stainless steel tableware, and aeronautic forgings etc, especially for the precision forging field.
The working principle of CNC Full Hydraulic Die Forging Hammer is as follows:
Adopt motor-oil pump-accumulator as drive, bottom cavity of oil cylinder connects with the
accumulator constantly, the pressure is constant pressure. The control system control only control the top cavity. Oil enter valve( also called hit valve) of top cavity open up,the high pressure oil from oil pump, accumulator and bottom cavity enter top cavity,make the hammer head fall down quickly and finish the hit action. Once the top cavity release the pressure,the hammer head will move up quickly. The accurate control of hit energy is realized by control the close time of hit valve.
